Night twists with day,
I cannot truely say,
If you are really there,
Or if you're just thin air.
I am so lost and confused,
You are probably so amused,
I cannot tell if this is a dream,
I really want to scream.
At first you were my friend,
Now you are my end,
To start you helped me out,
Now I am in doubt.

Although I am not on any drugs, alcohol, etc. this peice is about people who are.
