Silence
Can keep you sane or drive
You to it

You're … alone
No talking
No words
Just the constant beat
Of your heart

It's ... Quite
After a lifetime of
Music
Screaming
Tears
Working
Shouting

It's all over now
But all you can do is
Hear the
HEART BEAT
OVER AND OVER
INCESSANTLY
NEVER
ENDING
CONTINUOUSLY

As you fall deeper
Into the darkness
Into the silence
