Don't drown in the depth of your insecurities, instead prosper in the maturities of your personality.

When you are 5 they tell you that you’re no longer a baby
The tears have become a lot less frequent lately
It’s like the cries of your insides which no longer have voices
You’re now old enough to start making small choices
It’s just a transition people failed to mention
Then there is another one
You’re 13 now, you should be tough son
Or maybe you’re a daughter
Who cares to even bother?
Teaching you about the lessons you need learn
No one to guide you, so you just exposed to the burn
Listening to what you’re told and picking things up for yourself
No one even bothers to help
It’s just a transition people failed to mention
Then there is another one
You’re 18 now, you’re grown now son
But no one ever taught you how to be a man
You just know that these females are your biggest fans
Then there is the daughter who seeks the love Daddy never gave
So she finds herself finding love in all the wrong places
She wasn’t lucky enough for anyone to save
For these men- her heart races
These are the souls people look over
Everything in their lives have been so mediocre
Without love, patience, and guidance
Its like everyone in their lives was a part of an audience
Waiting on the arrival of another unsuccessful person
And anticipating on the situation to worsen
