I wince at my own shadow
I cry at my own reflection
I'm running in all directions
Trying to find you
I cry when I see
How we used to be
The few short weeks
We spent together
Seeming to me-
The beginning of forever
I try and hide
How i feel inside
I chase away
My stupid fantasies
Of a life that is now a lie
