Would you like me to remember?
And remember without mistake?

By your side, the dirt pile
In honesty, not pernicious enough

Would you like an effect?
A truly astounding result?

Replace the darkened grains

with what I could not repay or repair
with blind love I have forged
with hours spend waiting for slumber
with helpless of irrationality of many days
with littered pieces of tattered conversation
with red lips and furrowed brows
with exposed windows and starry tears
with blank photographs we could have taken
with delirious, f***ed-up happiness

(not even)

bury me with apathy,
my empathy drained on you
