We’re putting our guns in the hands of angry children,
So bright eyed towards bloodshed, and fervent for murder.
Put the weapon in a kinder grasp- Better yet; toss it to the grave-
Lock away the violence. Dust off the long forgotten ways:
Forgiveness, kindness, caring, compassion;
And begin to clean your chaos, and splayed disarray.
