Unity
Hands Holding
Smiles Bright
Eyes Closed
Arm in Arm
Locked in Souls
Hand in Hand
No Differences
Swaying
Flying
Our voices float
Rid us of our separations
Before a gaggle
Now a unit
A choir
A concert
Of love and desire
I look around
And can’t help smiling
The sky opens
The angels cry
We saw heaven
When I closed my eyes

This poem is dedicated to Chief Rabbi Lord Jonathan Sacks who recently spoke at my school, and the Hillel 8th Grade Girls!

Love is louder than the pressure to be perfect.

I like this. The last line really wraps up the poem well. :)
