Death is insufficient
my pain transcends this life
i gave everything i could
but it didn't suffice
i am lost in the dark
lost in the lonely woods
my heart beat slows
my eyes droop closed
and my breaths become stale
I don't know what is happening
i cant see myself anymore
life, love, and purpose have all gone
i look forward but all i see is darkness
i look behind and see nothing but the past
where am i
what is happening
i feel as if my life is seeping away
breath by breath
beat by beat
till there is nothing left
but bones and a broken heart
