When memories of pain and deciet block your path,
Fear not to go around them.

When the grim is knocking on your door,
Open up, for he is welcome.

When all is dark and hope is lost,
Perhaps then you will see
The light of courage that shines for us.
For him, for her, for me.

The author's comments:
You will always encounter adversity or moments which frighten you, it is inevitable. Knowing there is hope is what can make you overcome each challenge in strides and move on with your life.
