My Daddy

By , Springfield, MO
Each passing day,
People say,
You look older, sicker,
To me,
You'll always be,
My strong Daddy,
The one who would,
Spin me around years ago,
Run around the house,
Dancing with us kids,
You remain a hero,
In my eyes,
A God,
With beauty and knowledge,
You grew smarter,
As the years passed
You became older in years,
But not in looks,
To me,
You have not changed,
You are and always will be,
My Daddy.
