An Angel Watching Over Me

It only seemed like yesterday
we were out their goofing off
now all is a memory come to pass
my heart is crying out
I know I have an angel watching over me now
you are safe in the arms of Jesus
I just wish I had more time to spend
but you will always be in my heart
even when the tears come and my heart is broken
I know I have an angel watching over me now
You are safe in the arms of Jesus now
out of this world so full of pain
you are safe and sound
and tonight when sleep never come to me
I will know
I have an angel watching over me now
