Singing,
Alto and soprano,
It calls me.
I follow,
Unaware of myself.
It dances around me,
Swiftly wrapping its body around my waist,
Lifting my hair.
I fly away with it,
Letting it take me away,
Far away,
To a place unknown.
It dances around me,
Holds my hands.
And we sway,
To and fro,
To and fro.
Caressing,
I let its arms hold me.
I close my eyes,
Sucking in my breath,
Listening to its calm howling.
I tug at its arms,
Trying to keep it with me,
But I can feel it slipping away.
It comes closer,
Staring into my eyes.
I lean back,
And stare into the emptiness.
Alto and soprano,
It calls me.
I follow,
Unaware of myself.
It dances around me,
Swiftly wrapping its body around my waist,
Lifting my hair.
I fly away with it,
Letting it take me away,
Far away,
To a place unknown.
It dances around me,
Holds my hands.
And we sway,
To and fro,
To and fro.
Caressing,
I let its arms hold me.
I close my eyes,
Sucking in my breath,
Listening to its calm howling.
I tug at its arms,
Trying to keep it with me,
But I can feel it slipping away.
It comes closer,
Staring into my eyes.
I lean back,
And stare into the emptiness.
