Remember When you got me
You were just a little boy
Watching your dad from the top step
Losing your balance
Tumbling all the way to the bottom
That's when you got me
A huge gash right on your eyebrow
Parents holding you down
While I was stitched up
12 years later I'm just a scar
A memory you sometimes forget
Until I tell you a storm's coming

This is a poem about the time I fell down the steps.
