Tunnel Vision

December 23, 2011
By Anonymous

You made me oblivious.
Tunnel vision, and all I see is you.
Magnetizing toward you with no will power to stop, no matter how much I want to.
My life flashed before me as I take that last kiss of the ending of my life as I know it.

This piece is about liking someone but you don't want to. I know it sounds weird but, when you like someone and you know they can hurt you and you know what they are capable of. I wrote this a long time ago, and I wanted to put it up for all the people who can relate to it...I hope you like it:)

Hello, I was looking for my article called "Tunnel Vision" when I came upon your poem. I liked it very much. Might I suggest that in the future you should pay attintion to the past and present in your writting. Other than that the poem is superb. I also invite you to look at, and expose my grammatical mistakes. Being new to Teen Ink I have a grand tottal of one story written called "Tunnel Vision" but would be delighted to get feed back never the less.
