Silver Soldier Pt. 2

a silver soldier
he calls my name
stand beside him, he begs again
to be his army
and set you free
we tear the skin and scar the soul
tiny droplets flood and escape
from deep within the pools they form
this silver soldier
our time is done
the mission complete
the pain is numb
his time to retreat
he leaves my side
to return and hide
seeking refuge below the bed
