Lying awake
My head is spinning
Trouble tearing up my mind
On a rampage
A Tasmanian devil
These thoughts torture me
Problems in my life
The societal demands
They try to destroy me
My body is useless and abundant
I linger
Lifeless in agonizing pain
The blanket of sleep
Slowly calms my thoughts
Problems fade away
With sorrow
Comes hope for tomorrow
