it’s red.
hate drives us all
but i think, my dear,
that you drive it.
blue cars, red trucks
and you
behind the wheel of every
single
one
i see myself
and i wear that sweater
the one you said you liked.
i wear it to spite you
or is it spite myself?
i can’t remember.
my hands
glow
and nothing can stop
the inevitable
maybe it’s for the best
my dear
maybe it’s for the worst
and maybe
just maybe
it’s for us.
