If you take away these cupid bows,
then I shall simply sing with my eyes.
If you take away these polished onyx mirrors,
then I shall glance with my hands.
If you take away these limber fingertips,
then I shall feel with my heart.
If you take away this precious ruby,
then I shall love with my soul.
If you take away my soul,
then you have taken away everything.
