skywhales

A whale of a poem

Skywhales
Great beings, from the clouds of tears
Skywhales
Flying, soaring, with a passion
To the great beyond

Skywhales
Majestic and magnificent creatures
With no worries, no regrets
Skywhales
Owners of everything
And everyone

Skywhales
Not able to be tamed
Skywhales
Wild as a rogue piece of rice
That falls off your fork at dinnertime
Falling, to the ground of discovery

Skywhales
Close friends with the unicorn and honey badger
Skywhales
Much more than a mythical creature
On your superhighway of imagination

Skywhales
They know everything, everyone
Watching you when you are unaware
Skywhales
Their presence and essence alone
Will keep you safe and secure
In this wonderful brownie bowl of life

Skywhales
Not to be hunted, or eaten
Skywhales
If preyed upon, they will turn you into the prey
And they will become the hunter

Skywhales
Singing songs of the children of the clouds of tears
Skywhales
Learning, thinking, wanting to know
Growing and expanding their great knowledge
Like dough rising in the oven of thoughts

Skywhales
Rulers of the land, ocean, and sky
Skywhales
Looking down on us
Raising us as if we are their one prized possession

Skywhales
Never hurting, never harming
Like a giant, cuddly teddy bear
Skywhales
The best things that are

Skywhales
The ones, the only
The marvelous skywhales
