constantly being bullied

on the verge of tears

battle after battle

holding them back

burning hatred

on the inside

holding back my demon

bursting from within

no more can i stand it

letting my inner demon out

swearing my vengeance

I'll never rest will I get them all

of course it does. everyone's work has pieces of them in it. what i meant to say..well...bluntly: it's generic. try something new. i like reading the same material as much as i like watching reruns- i simply don't. do you get where i'm coming from?

Hm, I like it but I don't. I like the whole figurative language with the demons and such but I feel as if I've heard it all before. I've heard and read the same kind of figurative language before. Maybe try adding your own unique details to make your work stand out more.

title drew me to it. it's nice. something most people can compare as we all try to hold back our demons

Interesting poem, I love the title, and this was altogether a good poem. (: Check out my stuff?
