"I look to like, but I don't like to look"

Here one day, and gone another.
God's gentle hands had taken my mother.
He carried her to Heaven, high above,
Where she could watch over all who she loved.
She's up there safe in that wonderful place,
No longer with the troubles she had to face.
Still after death, she is my world,
And forever I'll be my mom's little girl.

This is about my dear mother who passed away last year after a long and courageous battle with cancer. She was my best friend and always will be.
