The Wind

As the winds blow against me
I stand strong and hold my ground
Inhaling ever breath of nature, interpreting its every taste
As the sun slowly burns to horizon
And the night settles in
I think of the loneliness that is to come
Knowing it will be no different than any other night
A shiver runs down my spine
But
The stars lights shine down upon us
And manifest a feeling of hope to all who gaze
Hope for the sun to rise again
and still the wind blows
