Do you remember when we were griefing over our loss?

Cause I remember.

Do you remember when I ask where my dad was?

I remember

Do you remember when i first let my sadness take the best of me?

I remember

Do you remember when we put my father 6 feet underground?

I remember

Do you remember when we told funny stories of my father at his funeral services?

I remember

Do you remember tell me it gonna be okay?

I remember

Do you remember what i remember?

Cause i will never forget what i remember.

what inspired me to write this was the passing of my father who passed away. so i wrote this in honor of my father
