I kill spiders
And pretend
To be sad
About babies dying in Africa
I stare
Blankly
At sitcoms
And wait to be told to laugh
I string
Words
Together
With spaces between, called stanzas
Watermelon
Waffles
Woebegone
Wonderful how easy English can be
I wear t-shirts
With nothing
Underneath
And I feel pretty when my hair is wet
I like
My nails
Chipped
Not perfect or normal or proper
I sit
In my
Shower
And write poetry that makes no sense
