Friends drift as we grow older
Like a Nissan 240sx going around a corner
Going through things like closeness and risks
Often questioning, "What was the cause of all this?"
We either try to get back to where we started, but often, we already drifted too much.
Just as if the Nissan 240sx missed the clutch and crashed.

Very descriptive poem. You used a good comparison of the loss of friends and the crash of the car. It sounds like you are describing a break up. Good job.
