They are used to hide the true emotions.
Hidden behind the mask are those,
Who do not truly believe in themselves.

Masks hide people from the world.
They don’t show the clear picture.
Hidden behind the mask are those,
Who choose to hide deep within themselves.

Masks are used by those who are in pain.
They have seen the beginning and fear the end.
Hidden behind the mask are those,
Who are afraid to face the world.

Masks are taken away by trust.
Friends and family who love and care.
Hidden behind the mask are those,
Who eventually come out from behind the mask.
