GSW

Gasping,

In dire need of oxygen,

Frantic and scared.

Blackness hovers and suffocates me,

Pain and dread for what comes next

Lungs pierced

Heart fragile,

Panicking,

Noises fade,

Sweating,

Red puddles quickly exit out of the body,

It can no longer go back in.

Death is near,

Pulse dies down,

Heavy weights compress the chest,

No longer able to push them off.

Feel limp,

And lifeless,

All I need is air.
