A young girl must love
A young girl must cry,
A young girl must laugh,
It’s all a part of life;
A young girl is so special-
She’s a gift sent from above,
She should be kept,
Kept from the bad;
But surrounded by good,
A young girl is true,
A young girl is me,
A young girl I shall be.
Wise as a pope,
But yet ignorant to the world,
Even when I am old,
My heart will be young,
Because the love in my heart;
Will always renew!
