I miss naps,
snacks and juiceboxes
I miss when coloring between the lines was considered difficult
I miss being taught my ABC's, my 123's, and how to write cursive
I miss reading Junie B. Jones, a "chapter" book
I miss the smiley face stickers
I miss the carpeted classrooms
I miss the EOG's
I miss the grades that didn't really count
I miss being able to leave early and play hookey without it counting for tardies, adding up to absences
I miss a one story school
I miss my everyday cheeriness, happiness
I miss simplicity
