Do you feel the city?
The continuous rumbling
Of cars out on the street
And the clanging of the subway
Far beneath your feet

Do you hear the city?
It’s engines,
People on the go
And the footsteps
Of more that you don’t know

Do you see the city?
The jam-packed streets,
Where buildings can be found,
And that place where one
Reaches toward a cloud

Do you smell the city?
The food,
It’s vendors here and there,
And the thick exhaust
That defines the city air

Do you love the city?
The one that never sleeps,
Do you love it’s music,
And the people that it keeps?

This is really interesting because not many people use the descriptions you do to describe the buildings(they usually just say they're tall or don't use nice, vivid vocabulary like you do) and vocabulary can make or break a poem
