Stuck

The azure sky,
above me.
The lonely earth,
below.
I find myself not moving
I've nowhere else to go.
To be where no one else has,
To go and not return
It seems so simple,
easy
But then, it may just burn.

The author's comments:
It's about wanting to do your own thing, but being stuck and afraid to take that first step, so you're sort of just frozen in place waiting for gravity to call you back to earth or let you go.
