I never thought you would fall so hard,
Yet rise so high.
Just play your cards,
Scream and cry.
So empty inside,
So full in your head.
You’re so wildly bright-eyed
Until the moment you fall into bed.
Oh so dizzy and crazy,
Your heart pounds in your chest.
Your vision goes hazy.
But it’s all just a test.
You’re at ease,
Or the other way around.
You can be whipped away with the breeze,
Or forced to the ground.
You never thought you would fall so hard,
Yet rise so high.
Just play your cards,
Scream and cry.
