They balance on the tip
Perched precariously on the precipice
Waiting silently for the moment
The gush of wind to push them over
Watching the void stretch endlessly
All types of ideas and possibilities hidden
Shrouded in the unknown fall
Content with the knowledge of triumph
Desirous only of the final defeat
Floating just out of reach
Taunting those afraid to fly
Certain of the eventual plunge
