Take a run on a beach
As far as the eye can see
Sound of seagulls
The crash of the sea
The soft damp sand in between my toes
Stones on the beach
Collect those
Run past the pleasure beach
Run past the pier
Run past the closed shops
No sightseers here
Sit and relax
Write this poem
Sharing with the world on what I see.
