We are barbies.
We torture are hair,
Paste on make-up,
Until we look like plastic.
Apple for breakfast,
Carrot for lunch,
Because we taught ourselves,
Skinny=beautiful.
We try to be Cinderella,
Become the Step-sister.
Another Rapunzel,
A damsel in distress,
Trapped in a tower,
Built of our own narrow-mindedness.
