Wasn't it beautiful
When you believed in everything?
When you believed that the sun rose for you
or that the birds sang for you?
Wasn't it beautiful,
When you believed in true love,
and not just the fake picture of it?
Wasn't it beautiful,
when everything had a way of working out
and there was no stress in life?
Wasn't it beautiful
When you believed in something?
