When I'm by myself,
and I close my eyes,
I'm a sister.
I'm a burn on the knee.
I'm a room filled with books.
I'm a scratched CD.
I'm a country song.
I'm a cello.
I'm a bug with wings.
I'm a many colored marker.
I'm whatever I want to be,
And anything I care to be,
And when I open my eyes,
What I care to be is me!
