the red van
alone i walked...
acros the street,
towards my house into the night...
the van...
behind the trees,
hidden from sight
sitting and waiting
so i walked
a little faster
my eyes darting around the street
my hands grasp my phone in terror
the lights came on...
it rolled forward slowly at firstcbut getting faster
the engine roaring
and all i could see was the drivers smileing face
so i ran
as fasr as i could into the night
te wind blowing in my hair
in shock and terror, fear and fright i ran into the night.
but i was too slow.
