Falling

Sometimes I feel like I am falling,

Falling,

Falling,

Falling,

Life seems to slip away,

Follow its own path,

go out of control,

nothing goes right,

but you can't do anything to change it

I'm locked away, but can still see,

see but not help,

watch others struggle but be pushed away.

Useless.

I try to scream, "I can help!"

But I am pushed back,

to young,

to small,

not ready,

is what they tell me, they don't realize my potential.

They don't understand I can help,

and so I am just pushed away and do the only thing left,

I fall
