Bipolar Bug Metaphor

I am the
Little brown bug
That fell off the ceiling
And landed on its back.
I can’t get myself
Turned back over.
I squirm and wiggle,
And try my hardest,
But eventually,
I give in.
A fluffy, white
Pet comes along
And tries to eat me-
Accidentally turning me
Back over in the process.
