My thoughts were so gray,
Desolate, was my soul.

His eyes were so green,
Our consultation,
So effortless.
His words,
So tender and sweet.

Blissful, are my thoughts.
My soul is wounded,
But not defeated.

This was written a while back about a guy I met. I think it might be the best poem I have ever written.
