I ran away from the

glares

I ran away from the

whispers

I ran away so I could

breathe

But I can't,

The air is like a poison

Choking me every breath I take

Leaving me there like a fish

Gasping for air

I ran away to be

free

I ran away to

Escape
But I can't
The chains still
Won't break loose.
