The man who doesn't dream
bemoans the dreamer
for his idealistic ways.
The man who doesn't dream
burdens the dreamer
with his pessimistic gaze.
The man who doesn't dream
worries the dreamer
with all his realistic ways.
The man who doesn't dream
murders the dreamer
with the hopes and dreams he slays.
The man who doesn't dream
buries the dreamer
with his tired, tragic ways.
The man who doesn't dream
may kill the dreamer,
but still the dream stays.
