It's OK to tell a lie protect your child,
It's OK to tell a lie if it's very mild.
It's OK to tell a lie if you fear the truth,
It's OK to tell a lie if your only trying to sooth.
It's OK to tell a lie to keep imagination alive,
It's OK to tell a lie if someone has died.
It's not OK to lie to deceive,
It's not OK to lie to achieve.
It's not OK to lie to get rich,
It's not OK to lie to get what you wish.
It's not OK to lie to gain power,
It's not OK to lie every hour.
But it is OK to tell a lie.
