A Year So Long, A Love So Strong

Love starts young, and with you it sure did.
It just took a lot of mistakes to see where it hid.
It hid in you since 8th grade, I didn’t know till just now.
Its been a year since this happened, & I’m glad I found out.
This year has been bumpy, we’ve had our ups and our downs.
but through it all, love was always around.
A love like this, a love so strong.
Is a love that should last us even when Im gone.
2 months till I go, I surely will miss you.
Don’t forget me baby, I’ll be back soon to kiss you.
