Very Proud,
Mom and Dad.
What if,
I saw self-inflicted pain,
And mute I became,
Very Proud,
Mom and Dad?
Did you see,
When she cried because of me,
How I clung to my bear,
What I wrote after,
Very Proud,
Mom and Dad?
Do you know,
My Dreams,
My Hopes,
And Secret Wishes?
Or my lack of the thee,
Very Proud,
Mom and Dad?
When I throw words as knifes,
When I err as is human,
When I fail as myself.
