Looking at who I am on the outside
Figuring out why I’m the person on the inside
Smiles laughs and cheerfulness attitude you know
Regret pain rejection and envy you wouldn’t guess
Friends aren’t something I keep enemy’s take their place
Pretty face long curly hair a body most want
If only beauty and physical appearances made a person whole
Fighting my demons with my angels
Killing me slowly yet softly
How I cringe at the sight of my reflection
Tell me why I look in the mirror
