You taint the pages of my brain,
leave marks that permanently stain.
My words have traces of you.
My thoughts, my actions,
no matter what I do,

I find myself thinking of the one
who taints the pages of my brain.
Leaving marks,
they do permanently stain.

Sometimes we can't rid ourselves of something and it's a struggle. That's what this poem is about..Don't give up though, because those memories will eventually become sweet past times
