As the headline screamed.
Unknowing comments "seatbelts?"
Knowing comments "RIP",
"We love you, now we miss you."
"Nothing will ever be the same."
And seeing these messages
For one I've shared the stage with,
I begin to think it could happen to me.
I could die tomorrow.
Those messages could soon be
Repeated any day for me.
Death sometimes calls to me softly;
I think of going willingly,
Of calling it closer,
Of taking that way out.

In the wake of this tragedy,
