Falling

Floating, falling, down,
Slowly I am drifting without a sound
I cannot scream or yell or rant
For my body is peaceful and quiet
But my mind is racing
All my fears take over
And I watch them pass me by
As the surrounding clouds do just the same
The ground is in sight
And slowly I see just where I will be
Floating, falling, down,
To your arms of safety
